Principal Architect
Clemson University Graduate. Registered architect in SC, GA, NC, AL, TX & VA. Past volunteer on the Greenville AIA board. Enjoys fishing, hunting and similar manly endeavors.

Principal Architect
Clemson University Graduate. Registered architect in SC, FL, & MD. Enjoys performing DIY renovations. Used to be in a band. Coaches youth sports. Goes to church and even volunteers. All-around nice guy.

MELISSA HILL THREATT, AIA, NCIDQ
Architect / Interior Designer
Melissa is a registered architect in SC and TN as well as an NCIDQ-certified interior designer who specializes in creating environments that uplift, encourage, and inspire through innovative space planning and materials selection. A native of Greenville, South Carolina, Melissa has a long-held interest in public-interest design and the impact of the built environment on the community. In addition to her work at KEEL Concepts, Melissa serves as the Vice President/President-Elect for AIA Greenville and is a member of Carolina Bronze Handbell Ensemble.

BEN WOFFORD
Architectural Associate
Ben joined the KEEL team in September of 2020. Also a graduate of Clemson University, Ben is an adept architectural designer with a quick intuition for creative solutions. In his spare time, Ben enjoys woodworking and is a member of the Greenville Woodworkers Guild
MANUEL TORREGROSA, ASSOC. AIA, CAAPPR
Architectural Associate
Manuel is an architectural designer from San Juan, Puerto Rico. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Design and a Master's degree in Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico. He has also taught design fundamentals at the Universidad del Sagrado Corazón. Manuel enjoys painting and drawing in his downtime and loves commuting to work on his bike (unless it's raining or too cold).
HANH LE
Architectural Associate
Raised in Greenville, South Carolina, Hanh is a graduate of Clemson University. Drawn to the creative and evolving nature of the architectural field, Hanh is inspired by how imagination and design shape the urban environment. She enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and seeking out charming coffee and matcha shops, often finding inspiration in the atmosphere and design of each space.
PIERCE THOMASON
Architectural Associate
Pierce joined the KEEL team in 2024. Born and raised in Greenville, SC, he holds a B.A. in Historic Preservation from the College of Charleston and an M.Arch from Clemson University. He is interested in finding creative architectural solutions for the built environment. Pierce is driven to provide thoughtful, long-lasting designs that innovate and inspire the community. He is passionate about crafted things, history, adventure, SCUBA diving, and College Football—especially the Clemson Tigers!
